Troubleshoot
Reboot after shutdown
The laptop automatically reboots a few seconds after shutdown.
Possible causes:
Possible solutions:
- Disable Wake on USB.
- Go to BIOS → Advanced → Device Configurations, and uncheck Wake on USB.
- Disable Wake-On-Lan in BIOS.
- Go to BIOS → Advanced → Built-in Device Options, and set Wake on LAN to Disable.
- In BIOS, uncheck / disable any setting with the word wake in it.
- Disable WiFi (press the 'antenna' button next to 'mute' button)
Missing INSERT key (and others)
Some keys are hidden [3]:
FN+R = Break
FN+S = Sys Rq
FN+C = Scroll Lock
FN+E = Insert
FN+W = Pause
So CRTL ALT INSERT would be : CTRL+ALT+FN + E
