Deleted C:\Windows\Installer (4.5GB, 1.3GB for $PatchCache$) Upgrade Disk Cleanup (version that allows Windows Update cleanup) Disk Cleanup (Reduce winsxs by 650MB, but still have 650MB in Backup\)
