Dropbox will stop syncing

Since August 2018, we get notification that Dropbox will stop syncing and that we must move the Dropbox folder. A mail further details that Move Dropbox to an Ext4 drive.

Fix:

• Move folder to ext4 partition.
• Enable extended attributes by adding the user_xattr flag to /etc/fstab
